Navaratri means about nine different aspects of Devi are worshiped during these nine days. Every day we do puja , Naivedyam and Arathi.. Recite Devi slokas especially Devi Mahatmyam.Today Navaratri starts and I kept small kolu for my grandchildren. They love this festival. They get new dress, vattalai pakku and chundal. This way they know about this festival. Everyday I recite shobanam, Lalithambal songs, Lalitha Sahasranamam and devi slokas. It gives us happiness and some divine feeling.
